How refunds and cancelling work for CrewMargin paid plans.

CrewMargin is operated by 1904889 Alberta Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us").

The short version

• The crew check is free. There is nothing to refund and no card is needed.
• If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back.
• You can cancel at any time from your Paddle receipt email; access continues until the end of the paid period, and you aren't charged again.

Who takes the payment

Our orders are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller. Paddle is the seller of record: it takes the payment, sends your receipt, and handles sales tax and refunds for us. Your receipt comes from Paddle by email.

Refund on your first payment

Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, and we'll refund the whole amount. You don't need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

Later payments

Renewals after your first payment aren't refunded, because you can cancel before the next one at any time. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, email us and we'll put it right.

How to cancel

Use the link to manage your subscription in your Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your licence key keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@getcrewmargin.com with the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Once we refund a payment, in full or in part, the licence key for it stops working. A refund of sales tax alone (for example, after you add a business tax ID) doesn't affect your key.

Your rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The policy in place when you paid applies to that payment.
