Plain-language terms for using the CrewMargin free crew check. By using the check, you agree to them.

CrewMargin is operated by 1904889 Alberta Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us").

What CrewMargin does

CrewMargin reads a visits export you choose (plus optional job-cost and timesheet exports) and estimates profit for each crew and each day, using the costs you enter. It runs in your browser. It doesn't connect to your field-service software and never changes anything in your account.

The numbers are estimates

Results are only as good as your file and the costs you enter. Until you enter your own wage, fuel and overhead figures, the check uses placeholder costs and labels them as estimates. CrewMargin is a job-costing view, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Check the numbers before you make big decisions about crews, pricing or staff.

Your data

Your files stay yours, and they stay on your device (see Privacy). Only upload files you have the right to use.

Price

The crew check is free and needs no card. Paid plans aren't available to buy yet. If that changes, you'll see the price and the terms for it before you're asked to pay.

Fair use

Please don't try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it to do anything unlawful.

No guarantees

The check is provided as is, without any promise that it is error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from decisions based on its estimates.

Independent product

CrewMargin is not affiliated with or endorsed by any software vendor. Other product names belong to their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
