How to export your files
Not affiliated with Jobber.
These steps are for Jobber accounts, based on Jobber's public help center. Menus can change; if a step doesn't match what you see, export the closest report and fix the column matches on the upload page.
Before you start
- You need to be an admin user, or have the Reports permission.
- Use Jobber.com in a browser, not the mobile app.
- Exports are emailed to the address you sign in with. Save the CSV from that email, then upload it here.
- Choose "All columns" when exporting.
1. Visits report (required)
- Go to Insights → Reports.
- Under Work reports, open Visits.
- Set the date range ("Start within") to the weeks you want to check.
- Click Export to CSV → All columns.
Columns we use: Job #, Date, Assigned to, One-off job ($), Visit based ($), Scheduled duration, Time tracked, Client name.
2. One-off jobs report (optional, for materials)
- Insights → Reports → One-off jobs.
- Same date range, then Export to CSV → All columns.
Materials need job costing, which Jobber offers on its higher-tier plans (Grow and Plus at the time of writing). The columns we use are Job #, Line item cost total ($) and Expenses total ($). Recurring jobs don't carry job-costing data, so their materials show as "not provided".
3. Timesheets report (optional, for actual hours)
- Insights → Reports → Timesheets Report.
- Set the date range, then export (Receive Excel Copy / CSV).
We look for the employee, date, job number and hours (hours are decimal, so 2.5 means 2 h 30 min). The exact column names aren't published, so check the matches on the upload page.
What isn't in the exports
None of these exports include mileage or driven routes, so fuel uses your per-visit (or per-km) average.
